1. aProximate Model Transporter PRESENCE Qualification Study

This section consists in quantifying the expression of the transporter of interest in the model by qPCR, immunohistochemistry amd western blot.

2. aProximate Model Transporter FUNCTION Qualification Study

This study aims to validate if the transporter is functional in the model by measuring and inhibiting flux of a prototypic substrate.

We will carry out a multistep project starting with the Development of your functional disease model.

For this service, the client provides the relevant iPSCs or they can be generated. The model will be validated by morphological characterisation and key markers expression analysis. For RPE models addtional functional readouts are avaiable.
