What are you looking to find out?
The following services can be run individually or as combinations. Select each service individually to define your study.
We suggest customising each assay individually
Is the target transporter of your compound known to you?
Are you targeting one of those specific transporters?
What are you looking to examine?
We suggest a 3 phased customised comprehensive study on our aProximate model
This step consists in quantifying the expression of the transporter of interest in the model by qPCR, immunohistochemistry and Western blot.
This study aims to validate functionality of the transporter of interest in the model by measuring and inhibiting flux of a prototypic substrate.

We will carry out a 2 step service
We will develop a robust and validated disease model from which you can then obtain key insights into the basis of the disease and enable the rapid evaluation of new treatments in vitro.
You will need to provide us with the relevant iPSCs line for our team of experts to generate and validate the retinal organoids or RPE models.
The validation includes: brightfield imaging morphological characterisation and qualitative and quantitative analysis of key markers expression by fluorescent imaging and gene expression. Studies on RPE also include analysis of phagocytosis of photoreceptors, trans-epithelial resistance (TEER) measurements, growth factor secretion and protein expression analysis by flow cytometry.
